Algebra 2 Complete Course

Algebra 2 is an advanced high-school mathematics course designed to build upon the concepts and skills learned in Algebra 1. Students will develop a deeper understanding of algebraic relationships, functions, equations, graphs, and mathematical modeling while applying these skills to increasingly complex problems.
Throughout the course, students will study advanced algebraic expressions, functions, quadratic equations, polynomial functions, rational expressions and equations, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of equations and inequalities, sequences and series, and introductory trigonometry.
Students will learn how to analyze and interpret functions, solve complex equations, identify patterns, graph mathematical relationships, and apply algebraic concepts to real-world situations. Emphasis will be placed on problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, accuracy, and the ability to explain the process used to reach a solution.
By the end of Algebra 2, students will be expected to confidently apply algebraic techniques to both routine and multi-step problems and demonstrate readiness for advanced mathematics, including Geometry, Precalculus, Trigonometry, or other higher-level mathematics courses.
Students Will Learn:
Advanced algebraic operations and properties
Functions, domain, range, and function notation
Quadratic functions and equations
Polynomial functions and equations
Rational functions and equations
