Pre Algebra Complete Course

Pre-Algebra is a foundational mathematics course designed to prepare students for success in Algebra 1 and higher-level mathematics. Students will strengthen their understanding of numbers, mathematical operations, expressions, equations, ratios, proportions, geometry, and introductory algebraic concepts.

Throughout the course, students will develop the skills needed to transition from arithmetic-based mathematics to algebraic thinking. Students will learn how to work with integers, fractions, decimals, percentages, exponents, variables, expressions, equations, inequalities, ratios, proportions, and basic geometric concepts.

Students will apply mathematical concepts to real-world situations and problem-solving activities, developing their ability to identify patterns, organize information, select appropriate strategies, and clearly explain their mathematical reasoning.

By the end of Pre-Algebra, students will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of fundamental mathematical concepts and be prepared to successfully transition into Algebra 1.

Course Completion Requirement

Students must achieve a minimum combined course grade of 70% to successfully pass Pre-Algebra. The final grade will be based on lesson work, assignments, quizzes, module assessments, and the comprehensive final examination.
